The calculation takes into account the start and end of the workday, appointment durations, AM, PM or evening periods, and configured breaks. Arrival and departure times are recalculated according to the selected order.
For AM, PM and evening periods, appointments can be reordered within the promised period. For an appointment with a fixed start time, the route can still be calculated, but the selected time remains preserved rather than treating the visit as freely movable.

Can the proposed order be changed manually?
Yes. The route list allows appointments to be reordered by drag and drop. The dispatcher can also reverse the order of a period and rerun the calculation before applying the schedule.
