05Customer and officeCustomers can book on their own. The office keeps the tools it needs.
In the public workflow, customers enter their own information and never see other records associated with their address. An identity check comes before using credits and confirming the booking.
Office-assisted bookingThe office enters the address, explicitly selects the right customer among any matches, retrieves the information, then verifies or corrects the contact details. Associated credits can then be checked before continuing the booking.
Office tools: map, available period or slot details, and credit checks, depending on the context displayed in the application.
Depending on configuration, the public flow can require email validation or a one-time OTP code before confirmation. An administrator or employee flow can instead rely on an already authenticated account and its permissions, without necessarily requiring the same OTP check.
